5. Winning Bidder Obligations
The winning bidder is responsible for the hammer price plus any applicable buyer premium, sales tax, shipping, and handling.
6. Buyer Premium

If payment fails, the bidder may be suspended, the lot may be re-listed or awarded to the next bidder, and additional fees may apply.
14. Chargebacks & Disputes
